The primary objective of this tender is to engage experienced service providers to produce filming content focused on the youth of Mbombela Northern Region at Shabalala. The produced material will be aired on platforms such as E TV and will support initiatives by the Department of Arts and Culture, SANCA, NYDA, and other distribution channels to promote youth engagement and development.
