The primary objective of this tender is to select a qualified service provider to deliver advertising and marketing services for SANRAL over a period of three (3) years. The successful tenderer will be responsible for executing marketing campaigns and related activities to promote SANRAL's initiatives and projects.
The scope of work includes providing comprehensive advertising and marketing services as specified in the tender documents. Additionally, the successful tenderer must subcontract a minimum of 30% of the work/services to Targeted Enterprises, as defined in Clause 19.2 of the Conditions of Contract. The services are to be delivered over a three-year period, with specific deliverables and milestones outlined in the tender documentation.
