  • Design and Technical Expertise: Qualified Pavement Engineers (registered with ECSA), capable of delivering turnkey design and construction services, with relevant CVs and design management strategies.
  • Construction Management: Proven experience of at least 3 projects in civil pavement works, with CVs of Construction Managers and Supervisors demonstrating relevant experience.
  • Health & Safety: Qualified Health and Safety Officers with experience in airside works, supported by CVs and certifications.
  • Quality Assurance: Robust QA/QC systems, documented processes, testing protocols, and material verification procedures.
  • Environmental and Safety Compliance: Knowledge of environmental management, pollution control, waste management, and safety regulations.
  • Technical and Design Capability: Demonstrated ability to deliver integrated design and construction solutions, supported by relevant company profiles and CVs.
  • Resource Availability: Adequate plant, equipment, and personnel with appropriate qualifications and experience.
