TENDERERS MUST ENSURE THAT SAMSA ACCREDITED TRAINING FACILITIES ARE MADE AVAILABLE IN THE CONFINES OF THE ETHEKWINI MUNICIPALITY AREA TO REDUCE TRAVEL TIME AND COST FOR EMPLOYEES.
