• Cleaning services at Erica Residence and the Tuition Site on Rainier Street, Worcester, covering all designated areas including bedrooms, common areas, lecture halls, and administrative spaces.
• Facility management encompassing infrastructure maintenance, security, safety, and management of student-related matters within the campus premises.
• Pest control services for residential blocks, kitchens, and other specified areas, including regular inspections, fumigation, and pest management strategies.

Technical Requirements

• Provision of meals based on standardized summer and winter 5-week cycle menus, complying with South African dietary guidelines and provincial meal plans.
