The primary objective of this tender is to procure a one-off supply of bulk sulphur, ranging between 35,000 and 50,000 tons (with a ±10% seller’s option). The contract aims to establish the terms and conditions for the sale and purchase of sulphur, including specifications, delivery, inspection, and payment processes.
