The primary objective of this tender is to solicit proposals for the provision of Clinic Management Services for a period of thirty-six (36) months. The aim is to establish a contractual arrangement that ensures effective healthcare management aligned with legal, technical, and operational standards, while promoting transparency, compliance, and continuous improvement in service delivery.
The scope includes the comprehensive management of clinic services, encompassing occupational health practices, waste disposal, equipment decontamination, personnel management, and compliance with relevant health and safety regulations. It also involves providing qualified personnel, technical equipment, and adhering to specified procedures for biological waste handling, decontamination, and occupational health standards as detailed in the Scope of Work annexed to the tender documents.
