The primary objective of this framework agreement is to establish a pool of specialist advisors—covering lead, financial, legal, and technical transaction expertise—to effectively manage the packaging of development projects. This includes overseeing the procurement of developers and facilitating the disposal of identified properties, ensuring efficient project delivery and asset management.
