The primary objective of the tender is to establish a panel of five (5) Civil Engineering Professional Service Providers to deliver planning, design, implementation, and project management services for disaster-funded projects over a three-year period. The framework aims to respond efficiently to infrastructure damage caused by floods, promote local employment and enterprise development, and support skills development within the Elundini municipality. Secondary objectives include broad-based black economic empowerment, retaining project expenditure locally, and fostering capacity building among small enterprises and local workforce.
