The primary objective of the tender is to appoint a qualified service provider to perform maintenance of lifts across various government facilities in the Free State Province for a period of three (03) months. The maintenance aims to ensure the safe, reliable, and efficient operation of lifts, including routine inspections, repairs, lubrication, safety checks, and compliance with relevant legislation.
The scope encompasses maintenance services for a range of lifts and related equipment at multiple locations, including government offices, courts, police stations, museums, and other facilities. Specific facilities include the Deeds Office, Magistrate Courts, Police Stations, Museums, and other designated sites in Bloemfontein, QwaQwa, Bethlehem, Kroonstad, Harrismith, Sasolburg, Odendaalsrus, Virginia, and Welkom.
