The primary objective of this tender is to procure and implement a Fire Protection System at Gariep Power Station, ensuring compliance with Eskom’s safety, quality, and local content requirements. The project aims to enhance fire safety infrastructure, meet regulatory standards, and support Eskom’s broader safety and operational goals.
The scope includes the design, supply, installation, testing, commissioning, and handover of the Fire Protection System at Gariep Power Station. It encompasses all related services, materials, and documentation necessary for a fully functional and compliant fire protection solution, including cataloguing, labeling, and compliance with local content and import regulations.
