The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider to manage Dark Trace license renewals for a period of three (3) years from the date of appointment. The service provider will support the municipality in proactively monitoring and responding to network threats across LAN/WAN, email, Azure, and LAN devices using Dark Trace technology.
The scope of work includes:
The service provider must be a Dark Trace authorized partner with Azure Expert Status, and submit valid certificates to prove compliance. The scope also involves handling current licenses and ensuring their validity until expiry.
The bidder must meet the following technical prerequisites:
Additional technical requirements include compliance with the municipality’s specifications, adherence to SLA, and the ability to support hardware and software environments related to Dark Trace solutions.
