The primary objective of this tender is to procure preparation and planning services for the GTL Refinery Reinstatement Project, specifically focusing on the Liquid Refinery Reinstatement (Shutdown) phase. The contractor will assist PetroSA in developing detailed scopes of work, refining preliminary plans, and supporting activities necessary for the successful reinstatement of the refinery units during shutdown.

The services are to be provided in accordance with PetroSA’s requirements during the shutdown preparation phase, with specific activities tailored to the units involved.
