The primary objective of this tender is to implement a minor upgrade of the Guidewire Claim Centre system for Sasria. The upgrade aims to ensure system compatibility with the latest supported software version, enhance security features, improve system stability, and support effective governance of system maintenance. This upgrade is essential for enabling Sasria to deliver optimal claims management services to internal and external stakeholders, including agents, brokers, and claim vendors.
The scope of work includes:
The upgrade will be performed on the current environment, which operates on Guidewire Claim Centre version 10.0.3, Java 11, and on-premises infrastructure. It must retain all existing system capabilities and ensure seamless integration across all platforms, with minimal or no business disruption.
