The primary objective of this tender is to procure services for a minor upgrade, support, and maintenance of the Guidewire Claim Centre system over a period of three (3) years. Scope

  • Performing a minor software upgrade of the Guidewire Claim Centre from version 10.0.3, currently operating on Java 11 on on-premises infrastructure.
  • Upgrading the core Claim Centre system and supporting digital platforms, Producer Engage and Vendor Engage, ensuring all existing capabilities are retained and integrated seamlessly.
  • Maintaining full operational functionality and minimizing business disruption during the upgrade process.
  • Executing code and database upgrades using Guidewire configuration tools.
  • Conducting comprehensive testing: unit, integration, regression, and user acceptance testing.
  • Providing post-go-live support (hyper care) for 12 weeks to stabilize the environment and monitor performance.
  • Managing the upgrade process collaboratively with Sasria’s internal DBA team, including executing upgrade scripts and providing configuration documentation.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements for the upgrade include:

  • Upgrade from Guidewire Claim Centre version 10.0.3 to the latest supported patch.
  • System hosted on-premises with Windows infrastructure, MSSQL Server v20.2.30.0, MySQL Server, Tomcat, Jenkins, and Bitbucket.
  • Environment setup across development, SIT, QA, UAT, and production environments.
  • All integrations, including Microsoft Dynamics D365 and SharePoint, must be maintained and tested.
  • Use of REST API with ReactJS for integrations.
  • Single Sign-On (SSO) mechanisms for authentication/authorization.
  • Deployment in three server nodes (two UIs and one batch server).
  • Development of regression test suite for the upgrade.
  • Monitoring of upgrade-related performance metrics such as garbage collection and database latency.
  • Execution of upgrade scripts managed collaboratively with Sasria’s DBA team.
