The primary objective of this tender is to procure services for a minor upgrade, support, and maintenance of the Guidewire Claim Centre system over a period of three (3) years. The upgrade aims to ensure system compatibility with the latest Guidewire-supported software version, enhance security features, improve system stability, and support effective governance of system maintenance. This will enable Sasria to deliver optimal claims management services to internal and external stakeholders with minimal business disruption.
