The main objective of the Howick Precinct Plan is to develop proposals for the design of the first phase of the precinct based on a high-level design concept. The plan aims to address national, provincial, and local policies and plans, respond to development challenges and opportunities, and support integrated planning to create revenue-generating opportunities for the State.
