Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a panel of civil engineering consultants to undertake the design and oversee the construction of buildings and structures for a period of three years. Technical Requirements

The technical requirements include:

• Provision of comprehensive design services covering all phases from planning to construction supervision.
• Preparation of detailed drawings, specifications, and tender documentation.
• Conducting inspections, tests, and analyses as required, with the bidder bearing the costs for pre-bid testing.
• Compliance with Occupational Health and Safety Act, 1993, and EPWP requirements.
• Implementation of quality control, safety standards, and environmental considerations.
• Provision of technical interpretation, site supervision, and monitoring of construction activities.
• Delivery of as-built drawings, operation manuals, warranties, and final project documentation.

Skills Requirements
