The primary objective of this tender is to appoint an ICT/Technology training provider for a period of twenty-four (24) months. The selected provider will deliver ICT-related training, including short courses, workshops, and webinars, to departmental officials. The training aims to enhance both technical and non-technical ICT skills within the Department of Sports, Recreation, Arts and Culture, supporting capacity building and operational efficiency.
The scope encompasses the provision of a variety of ICT training programs, including:
The training will be delivered on an as-needed basis over the contract period, with modes including virtual, in-person, webinars, or training vouchers. The provider must cater to an agreed number of participants and ensure training is aligned with SITA accreditation categories, covering areas such as application development, ICT service management, cybersecurity, AI, robotics, and office productivity tools.
