Objectives

The primary objective of the tender is to implement SD-WAN-VOIP security services, including network infrastructure and support solutions, for a period of three (03) years. Additionally, the project aims to enhance network security, improve communication systems, and support the municipality's broader technological and community development initiatives.

Scope

The scope of the tender encompasses:

• Implementation of SD-WAN (Software-Defined Wide Area Network) and VOIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) security services.
• Provision of network infrastructure and support solutions.
• Technical support and maintenance for the network over three years.
• Provision of related services such as computer lifecycle management, tracking, and recovery.
• Supply and delivery of equipment including transformers, substations, and other network components.
• Distribution of school shoes, sanitary towels, blankets, food parcels, and other community support items.
• Provision of event management, advertising, and media services as part of community engagement initiatives.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements include:

• Implementation of SD-WAN and VOIP security services with network infrastructure support.
• Provision of computer lifecycle management, tracking, and recovery solutions.
• Supply and delivery of network equipment such as transformers and mini substations.
• Distribution of community support items (e.g., school shoes, blankets, food parcels).
• Provision of event management services, including advertising agencies for various community events.
• Provision of asphalt material and other infrastructural supplies as required.
• Provision of travel agency services for official trips.
• Upgrade and maintenance of data centers and school facilities.

Skills Requirements

The skills and qualifications required for bidders include:

• Proven experience in implementing SD-WAN and VOIP security solutions.
• Technical expertise in network infrastructure support and management.
• Experience in computer lifecycle management, tracking, and recovery systems.
• Capability to supply and deliver infrastructural equipment such as transformers and substations.
• Experience in community outreach programs, including distribution of goods and community event management.
• Ability to provide professional services such as advertising, event management, and infrastructural upgrades.
• Registration on the Central Supplier Database and compliance with municipal procurement policies.
• Demonstrated capacity to deliver services over a three-year period with relevant references and past project experience.
