The primary objective of this tender is to engage an industrial relations consultant to provide support services over a 36-month period. The consultant will deliver expert advice, guidance, and representation on employee-related matters, including union negotiations, Labour Court representation, labour audits, and the development of procedures and documentation related to labour relations.
