The primary objective of this tender is for the Kouga Local Municipality to procure a competent service provider to conduct a COBIT process maturity assessment across 40 COBIT 2019 processes. The assessment aims to evaluate the current maturity levels, identify gaps, and develop a comprehensive report to support internal audit functions and improve IT governance within the municipality.
Additionally, the assessment will facilitate training of ICT and Internal Audit staff to enable quarterly self-assessment reporting, thereby strengthening internal controls and risk management related to information technology.
The scope of work includes:
The assessment must be performed in line with ISACA guidelines, with proof of previous relevant work submitted. The service provider must possess relevant professional qualifications, including CISA certification, and have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in information systems auditing. The project includes delivering a detailed report and training within a specified period from appointment.
