Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure training services in soft skills for the Training and Personnel Certification Department. The training aims to enhance the personal development of staff through skills such as negotiation, problem solving, office administration, decision making, presentation, report writing, and planning and organisation, as identified by a skills audit and resulting in Personal Development Plans (PDPs).

Scope

The scope of the tender includes:

• Delivery of soft skills training to 14 personnel in each of the following areas:
• Negotiation Skills
• Problem Solving and Analysis
• Office Administration: Digital Technologies
• Decision Making
• Presentation Skills
• Report Writing
• Planning and Organisation
• The training can be conducted either virtually or face-to-face at SACAA premises, with providers encouraged to offer both options.
• Submission of accreditation certificates from recognized professional bodies (e.g., SETA) is required.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements for the tender include:

• Provision of detailed quotations and training content aligned with the specified soft skills areas.
• Accreditation certificates from reputable professional bodies demonstrating the provider's qualification to deliver training services.
• Completion of the Standard B-BBEE Certificate (SBD4) form.
• Submission of a valid B-BBEE status certificate.
• Training delivery options must include both virtual and face-to-face modalities.

Skills Requirements

The skills requirements for the service provider include:

• Proven experience in delivering soft skills training, particularly in negotiation, problem solving, office administration, decision making, presentation, report writing, and planning.
• Accreditation from recognized professional bodies such as SETA or equivalent.
• Ability to provide both virtual and face-to-face training sessions.
• Capability to develop and deliver tailored training content based on skills audit outcomes and PDPs.
• Compliance with B-BBEE requirements and submission of relevant certification.
