  • Team composition with a Team Leader having at least 10 relevant projects and qualifications at NQF level 10, and team members with at least 10 relevant projects and qualifications at NQF level 8 or higher.
  • Provision of a detailed technical proposal outlining approach, methodology, work plan, and schedule of activities.
  • Compliance with the department’s branding and identity guidelines.
  • Ability to deliver tangible outputs such as campaign materials, media content, event plans, and reports.
  • Adherence to evaluation criteria including functionality, administrative compliance, and preference points for specific goals.
