Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified and experienced Social Facilitator (Social Engagement Practitioner) to conduct social facilitation for the Kareedouw Police Complex project. Scope

The scope of services includes:

Technical Requirements

  • Qualifications: NQF Level 6 in Social Science or relevant qualification, Social Engagement Practitioner certificate with ASEFSA membership, or equivalent.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop stakeholder engagement frameworks, communication strategies, and beneficiary databases.
  • Capacity to facilitate community participation, conflict resolution, and risk management in rural and urban contexts.
  • Ability to produce detailed reports, progress updates, and close-out documentation in accordance with project requirements.
  • Compliance with all applicable legislation, safety standards, and security clearance requirements.
  • Use of compatible software tools for project documentation and reporting.
