The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a suitable contractor to carry out maintenance of general building works in state-owned buildings within the Karoo area for a period of 36 months. The aim is to ensure the ongoing functionality, safety, and integrity of these buildings through scheduled maintenance activities.
The scope encompasses maintenance services for general building works in state-owned buildings located in the Karoo area. The contract duration is 36 months, during which the successful bidder will perform maintenance tasks as specified in the bid documents. The work includes routine repairs, preventive maintenance, and other related building maintenance activities as required by the Department of Public Works.
