The primary objective of the tender is to select a suitable operator to lease and operate the Edge Restaurant, ensuring efficient management and delivery of quality dining services within the designated premises.
The scope of the tender includes the leasing of the Edge Restaurant premises and the operation of its food and beverage services. This encompasses managing day-to-day restaurant activities, maintaining facilities, and adhering to specified standards and regulations.
