The primary objective of this tender is to lease Kings Flats No. 16344 located in Durban Bayhead, with a total area of approximately 3,012 m², for port-related activities. The lease aims to facilitate port operations, including club facilities and related commercial activities, over a tenure of 10 years. Additionally, the tender seeks to ensure that the leasing process aligns with environmental, legal, and operational standards set by Transnet National Ports Authority (TNPA).
