Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to lease a kiosk at Swartvlei Caravan Park for a specified period, enabling the delivery of retail services to park visitors during the period from 1 December 2025 to 15 January 2026.

Scope

The scope encompasses the delivery of retail services at the Swartvlei Caravan Park kiosk for the specified period. It includes the provision of the kiosk space, payment of rental, and compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational regulations. The successful bidder will operate the kiosk, adhere to health and safety standards, and meet the specified rental and operational conditions.

Technical Requirements

• Delivery of retail services at Swartvlei Caravan Park from 1 December 2025 to 15 January 2026.
• Payment of rental fees inclusive of VAT, with details of total rental price for the period.
• Display of a valid Certificate of Acceptability (COA R918 of 1999) issued by Garden Route Municipal Health at all times.
• Adherence to the Occupational Health and Safety Act, 1993, and all relevant health regulations.
• Provision of municipal services accounts or valid lease agreement for the business location to claim preference points.
• Compliance with hygiene, safety, and operational standards as specified in the tender documentation.
• Payment of utilities such as water and electricity, which will be metered and for the account of the operator.
