The primary objective of this tender is to lease office accommodation for the South African Social Security Agency (SASSA) Northwest Region in Lekwa-Teemane (Bloemhof) CBD for a period of five (5) years. The aim is to secure a well-maintained, safe, and accessible office space that meets SASSA’s operational needs and complies with relevant standards and regulations.
