The primary objective of this tender is to select a qualified contractor for the maintenance of the Fire Protection System at Hendrina Power Station over a period of 5 years. The process aims to ensure the fire protection system remains operational, compliant with relevant standards, and effectively managed through a rigorous evaluation of technical and environmental criteria.
The scope encompasses the maintenance of the fire protection system at Hendrina Power Station, including:
The contract duration is five years, with work to be performed as required by the station’s operational needs.
The technical evaluation of tenderers will be based on the following criteria:
Evaluation will utilize a weighted score-card approach, requiring a minimum of 70% for technical qualification, with a threshold of 60% for further consideration.
