The primary objective of this tender is to secure maintenance and repair services for roads and stormwater infrastructure within the ABM areas located in the West Region of Ethekwini Municipality. The services are to be provided on an as-and-when-required basis over a period of 24 months, ensuring the ongoing functionality and safety of the infrastructure.
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to:
The technical requirements encompass adherence to the specifications outlined in the bill of quantities, compliance with occupational health and safety standards, and the ability to perform repairs and maintenance across various infrastructure components including asphalt, concrete, stormwater systems, signage, and earthworks. The contractor must be capable of executing repairs as needed within the specified timeframe and scope, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.
