| Special Conditions: | Laingsburg Municipality hereby invites tenders from suitably qualified service providers to be appointed to a Panel of Service Providers for the maintenance, servicing, and repair of municipal fleet vehicles for a period of three (3) years. The Municipality intends to appoint all qualifying local workshops to a panel. This tender is subject to eligibility criteria and bidders must provide proof where required, as specified in the tender document. Non-compliance with the eligibility criteria will render the bidder non-responsive. |

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint qualified service providers to form a panel for the maintenance, servicing, and repair of Laingsburg Municipality's fleet vehicles. The aim is to ensure reliable and efficient operation of municipal vehicles over a period of three years by engaging local workshops that meet the specified eligibility criteria.
