    • Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and compliance with tax obligations.
    • Provision of a valid tax compliance status and proof of financial capacity (overdraft facility or bank statements).
    • Submission of a signed declaration of compliance and disclosure forms.
  • Experience and Track Record:
    • Minimum of three years’ relevant experience in managing food distribution or nutrition programmes.
    • Evidence of successfully completed or ongoing projects with references.
  • Transport and Infrastructure:
    • Availability of at least two roadworthy delivery vehicles (owned or rented) suitable for food distribution.
    • Storage facilities of at least 680 m² compliant with Occupational Health and Safety standards.
  • Staffing:
    • Qualified CNDC Supervisors with requisite skills, residing within the operating area, and having a minimum Grade 12 certificate.
    • Qualified cooks with experience in food preparation, handling, and nutrition, also residing locally.
  • Operational and Management Plans:
    • Comprehensive procurement, transportation, risk management, and operational plans.
    • Development of implementation, monitoring, and reporting frameworks aligned with programme guidelines.
  • Food Package Specification:
    • Provision of specified food items, including maize meal, rice, beans, cooking oil, vegetables, live chickens, and other essentials, based on departmental requisitions.
    • Adherence to packaging standards, quality verification, and sourcing from local suppliers where possible.
  • Monitoring and Evaluation:
