Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to appoint a qualified service provider to coordinate and deliver full body massage services for 100 employees of Ingquza Hill Local Municipality, specifically for a physical wellness day scheduled on 19 June 2026.

Scope

The scope includes providing:

• Full body massage services (deep tissue or Swedish) for 100 employees participating in the wellness day.
• Ensuring smooth booking and scheduling processes.
• Provision of professional massage services with appropriate facilities and equipment.
• Flexible booking options, including weekends, with employees entitled to one session each.
• Operational office presence in Lusikisiki or Flagstaff towns.

Technical Requirements

• Supply of 100 full body massages for employees on the specified date.
• Professional operation with qualified therapists.
• Provision of appropriate massage facilities and equipment.
• Efficient scheduling and booking system accommodating all 100 employees.
