Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to develop an outcomes-based e-learning course on Training Material Development for a CCMA official. The course aims to provide high-quality, accredited online training that enhances participants' skills in designing and delivering outcomes-based learning programmes, with a focus on practical application and immediate skill improvement.

Scope

The scope includes:

• Development of a four-day online training course on Training Material Development, aligned with Unit Standard SAQA US ID: 123401 at NQF Level 6 with 15 credits.
• Provision of course materials, including a detailed outline, methodology, assessments, and practical exercises.
• Delivery of the course via an e-learning platform, accessible remotely over the specified period (19-22 January 2026).
• Provision of assessments, learner reports, and certification within 30 days of course completion.
• Ensuring the course is accredited, of high quality, and meets all specified technical and educational standards.

Technical Requirements

The technical requirements for the tender include:

• Accreditation certificates for facilitating Training Material Development (Unit Standard 123401).
• A detailed course outline linked to the specified unit standard, including learning methodology.
• Interactive, participative, and accessible online learning sessions that are user-friendly and compliant with SETA/QCTO accreditation standards.
• Inclusion of formative and summative assessments as part of the training process.
