Special Conditions: a) Only those tenderers who are registered with the CIDB for a 5CE or higher class of construction work, are eligible to submit tenders. b) Contractors registered as potentially emerging enterprises with the CIDB who are registered in one contractor grading designation lower than the required in terms of (a) above who satisfy criteria stipulated in the Tender Data may submit tenders. (4CEPE) Tender documents will ONLY be available at the COMPULSORY clarification meeting. A non-refundable tender deposit of R 300-00 payable in CASH is required on collection of the tender documents. There will be no EFT facilities available – Cash Only. The tender document attached herein is for information purposes ONLY and not for submission.
