T1.1 TENDER NOTICE AND INVITATION TO TENDER (Incorporating SBDI)
CLOSING DATE (FRIDAY, 24 JULY 2020 AT 11:00):
The South African National Roads Agency SOC Limited (SANRAL) invites tenders for the provision of Consulting Engineering Services (Full Service) for the Periodic Maintenance of National Route 1 Section 5 from Laingsburg (km 0.00) to Grootfontein (km 35.00). This project is in the province of the Western Cape and in the local municipality of Laingsburg and the approximate programme is for design and construction documentation to be completed by March 2021, followed by supervision of 12 months, commencing August 2021 .
Preferences are offered to tenderers who comply with the criteria stated in the Tender Data.
Only tenderers with a B-BBEE contributor status level of 1, 2, 3 or 4 and who is an EME or a QSE are eligible to tender.
Joint Ventures (JV) will be allowed on condition that one JV partner is a Targeted Enterprise. The JV partner will, however, not contribute to sub-contract target for Targeted Enterprises.
