The primary objective of this tender is to procure a Network Access Control System (NACS) that enhances the security framework of SANAS. The system should provide functionalities such as Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), Single Sign-On (SSO), visibility into mobile devices, security compliance checks, device authentication, and device trust management. The goal is to ensure that LAN, WAN, VPN, applications, and information systems are sanitized, authenticated, and trusted, with minimal staff intervention, operating 24/7.
The scope involves engaging a service provider to deliver a Network Access Control System with features similar to Duo Beyond or equivalent. The system should support:
The deployment is expected to be hybrid, supporting SANAS staff working remotely and on-site, with an expected delivery date in July 2026.
The solution must integrate with existing SANAS infrastructure, including Windows Server 2022, Sophos Anti-Virus, and cloud services like Office365 with Mimecast protection. Support during installation and stabilization is preferred onsite, with ongoing support on-call thereafter.
