The primary objective of this tender is to appoint up to five (5) service providers for leasing plant or machinery within the jurisdiction of Metsimaholo Local Municipality. The services are to be provided on an as-and-when-required basis over a period of three years, supporting municipal operations such as data cleansing, revenue management, printing and distribution of municipal statements, municipal warning and disconnection services, town planning, land surveying, environmental impact assessments, refurbishment of municipal offices, language services during council meetings, and support for financial statement preparation and capacity building.

The services are to be delivered within the boundaries of Metsimaholo Local Municipality and the surrounding Free State Province, on an as-and-when-required basis, with a maximum of five service providers appointed.
