Objectives

The primary objective of this tender is to procure online cybersecurity training for three (03) officials of Limpopo Tourism Agency. The training aims to enhance the participants' understanding of vulnerabilities, authorization, administrative, physical, and technical controls, as well as techniques, tools, analysis, and recovery related to cybersecurity.

Scope

The scope includes conducting a comprehensive online training program on cybersecurity for three (03) officials over a period not exceeding three (03) working days. The training covers various aspects such as vulnerabilities, authorization, controls (administrative, physical, technical), techniques and tools, analysis, and recovery processes. The training must be delivered by an accredited service provider with valid certification in Information Technology Programmes.

Technical Requirements

• The training must be conducted online and include detailed modules on vulnerabilities, authorization, controls, techniques, tools, analysis, and recovery.
• The service provider must possess a valid accreditation letter/certificate for conducting IT-related training.
• The training content should be aligned with the detailed specifications provided, including modules on vulnerabilities, authorization, controls, techniques, analysis, and recovery.
• Attendees must receive a Certificate of Attendance upon completion.
• The training duration should not exceed three (03) working days.

Skills Requirements

• Proven experience in delivering online cybersecurity training programs.
• Accreditation and certification in Information Technology Programmes.
• Ability to develop and deliver comprehensive training modules on cybersecurity vulnerabilities, controls, techniques, and recovery.
• Capability to facilitate interactive online training sessions with effective communication skills.
• Knowledge of current cybersecurity threats, mitigation strategies, and best practices.
