Objectives

The training aims to enable participants to:

• Understand the principles and pillars of organisational resilience and their application within the judiciary and public sector environment.
• Apply a risk-based mindset in continuity planning and operational decision-making.
• Strengthen collaborative approaches across departments and court operations to enhance resilience.
• Align resilience initiatives with strategic outcomes and legislative mandates.
• Recognise interdependencies between Business Continuity Management (BCM), ICT continuity, risk management, and crisis leadership.
• Support a culture of resilience, adaptability, and preparedness at all organisational levels.

Scope

The scope of the training includes:

• Classroom-based training at a venue in Midrand.
• Training duration of 3 days with a maximum of 20 delegates.
• Provision of course materials, facilitators, and venue.
• Inclusion of catering services (morning tea, breakfast, lunch, and afternoon tea).
• Delivery of a detailed course outline and assessment activities (formative, non-credit bearing).
• Provision of accredited certificates of competency.
• Adherence to accreditation requirements, including proof of accreditation with relevant SETA or bodies, facilitator experience, and ISO certification.

• Facilitators certified with ISO standards (ISO 22301, ISO 22316, or ISO 22336).
• Ability to develop and deliver comprehensive course content aligned with international frameworks and legislative context.
• Capability to assess learners through formative activities and provide accredited certificates.
