The primary objective of this tender is to establish a panel of qualified legal service providers to render specialized legal and advisory services to Sol Plaatje Municipality over a period of three years. The services are to be provided on an as-and-when-required basis, covering various categories of legal work, with work allocated on a rotational basis to ensure fairness and efficiency.
The scope includes the appointment of legal practitioners and firms capable of providing professional legal services, including but not limited to legal advice, representation, conveyancing, notarial services, and other specialized legal functions as required by the municipality. The services will be utilized across different legal categories, with work allocated as needed during the contract period. The panel will serve to support the municipality’s legal needs in a fair, transparent, and competitive manner.
