The primary objective of this tender is to establish a Panel of Legal Service Providers for PetroSA that can deliver expert legal advisory, litigation support, contract management, and related legal services on an ad hoc basis. The panel aims to support PetroSA’s mandate, governance standards, and strategic objectives by providing specialized legal expertise across various practice areas, including international jurisdictions, to facilitate sound business decisions and compliance.
