Technical Requirements

  • Have an annual turnover of R50 million or more.
  • Possess an international presence or affiliation with international law firms in Africa, USA, Europe, UK, or other countries.
  • Be black-owned.
  • Be capable of providing services in the specified practice areas, including dispute resolution, contract drafting, negotiation, review, and legal opinions.
  • Identify and provide quotations from third-party international law firms when required for specific jurisdictions.
  • Support skills development and secondments to enhance capacity and transfer knowledge.
  • Follow PetroSA’s instructions strictly, with requests initiated solely by the Group Legal Counsel.
