The primary objective of this tender is to establish a panel of qualified service providers to support the Port St Johns Local Municipality (PSJLM) in its financial resource mobilization and revenue enhancement efforts over a period of three years. The initiative aims to improve revenue collection, optimize financial management, and ensure efficient delivery of various municipal services through contracted service providers.
