The primary objective of this tender is to procure a Password Manager System with multifactor authentication (MFA), secure digital vault capabilities, and automated credential management. The system should create, store, and autofill strong, unique credentials using AES-256 or similar encryption, employing a zero-knowledge architecture. It aims to enhance the security of SANAS users, data, devices, and information systems by providing a secure, centralized password management solution that supports MFA and secure recovery options.
The scope includes the provision of a Password Manager System with the following features:
The deployment is to be hybrid, supporting remote and on-site staff, over a contract period of three years, with an expected delivery date in July 2026. The solution must support approximately 90 users across specified devices and browsers.
