The primary objective of this tender is to secure reputable service providers for the provision of various maintenance services at the Coega Development Corporation (CDC) facilities. The aim is to establish a 60-month service level agreement to ensure reliable, efficient, and compliant maintenance of HVAC, refrigeration, emergency power systems, fire protection and detection systems, fire pump houses, sprinkler systems, and aluminum doors, windows, and facades. The overarching goal is to support CDC’s socio-economic development initiatives by maintaining high standards of infrastructure and operational efficiency.
The scope encompasses planned, reactive, and corrective maintenance, as well as new installations across multiple disciplines at CDC’s locations in Gqeberha, Coega Village, Bluewater Bay Sunrise Hotel, Nelson Mandela Bay Logistics Park, and Kariega. Specific services include:
