The primary objective of this tender is to establish a panel of capable and reputable service providers to deliver various maintenance services for the Coega Development Corporation (CDC).   • Structural Engineering Services: building data verification, on-site assessments, data analysis, technical reporting, and project guidance.
  • Roads & Civil Works: repairs, crack investigations, water seepage remedial actions, and general civil infrastructure maintenance.
  • Specialized Maintenance: electrical reticulations (low and medium voltage), sewer pump stations, and other infrastructure as specified.
