The primary objective of this tender is to engage a suitably qualified and experienced service provider to prepare annual financial statements for a period of three years (2025/2026, 2026/2027, and 2027/2028) as well as interim financial statements for the same period. Additionally, the service provider will transfer skills to municipal staff on the preparation of these statements and the management and maintenance of the asset register.

The contract will be based on the National Treasury General Conditions of Contracts, with evaluation criteria including price and specific goals related to local ownership, youth, gender, disability, locality, and veterans.
