The primary objective of this tender is to procure a JAWS Software License and a Duxbury Braille Translator for Windows (single-user license) to support the South African Qualifications Authority (SAQA) in its functions related to the development, implementation, and oversight of the National Qualifications Framework (NQF). The procurement aims to enhance accessibility and support learners, as well as contribute to social and economic development within the education and training sector.
