Objectives

The procurement covers specific quantities required for the Mayville Regional Office and Conference Centre.

Technical Requirements

• Supply of specified cleaning consumables as per the detailed list in the Terms of Reference.
• Samples of the specified items must be submitted by responsive bidders during evaluation.
• Samples must meet the specifications and quality standards outlined in the tender documentation.
• All items must comply with the specifications provided, including packaging, labeling, and safety standards.
• Delivery of goods must adhere to the stipulated delivery periods and conditions.
• Samples are mandatory; failure to submit samples will lead to disqualification.

Skills and Competency Requirements

• Compliance with administrative and regulatory requirements, including registration on the Central Suppliers Database (CSD).
• Capability to meet delivery deadlines and provide after-sales support if required.
• Demonstrated understanding of procurement procedures and bid submission processes.
• Provision of documentary proof for preference points claimed, such as sworn affidavits and B-BBEE certificates.
